Title: Sherine: My Brother Sold Me and What Hossam Habib Said is True

The troubles in the life of Egyptian artist Sherine Abdel Wahab continue. The owner of "Ah Ya Layl" surprised the audience with a voice recording and an unexpected comment regarding the recent crisis between her brother Mohamed Abdel Wahab and her ex-husband Hossam Habib. She announced that the leaked recordings of her ex-husband, in which Hossam stated that her family members exploited Sherine and harmed her while taking control of her social media accounts, were indeed true.

Sherine said: "I was surprised by what happened on social media from my brother Mohamed and Hossam Habib, and I want to confirm that what Hossam said is very accurate; my brother really sold me, and there is someone associated with him who seized my social media accounts based on an old general power of attorney." She added, "Hossam Habib's words are all true. I want you not to believe anything my brother Mohamed Abdel Wahab says."

She expressed her desire not to discuss personal problems that the audience has grown weary of but confirmed that what Hossam revealed is accurate. Sherine didn't stop at the voice recording; she also released an official statement clarifying more details about her crisis. This comment came after leaked audio of Hossam discussing Sherine's suffering with her family, their mistreatment towards her, and the theft of her money and social media accounts circulated.

However, the artist's ex-husband later claimed that those statements were old and had been stolen from his phone, threatening to legally pursue anyone who insults him or defames him. In turn, Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Sherine’s brother, published a statement on his Facebook page, vowing to take legal action against those who published the recordings, referring to them as "lies."
