After the "Global Disruption": Did Beirut Airport Get Affected?

The President of Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut, Fadi Hassan, confirmed today, Friday, that "the airport was slightly affected by the global outage for a period of no more than half an hour; however, the airport is currently operating normally." Regarding flights and whether there would be delays or cancellations, Hassan emphasized that "everything is proceeding normally, and there will be no delays or cancellations for any flights." Many countries experienced a sudden internet outage today, impacting air traffic and global institutions.
