An Iraqi police source reported this morning, Thursday, that the branch of the American construction equipment company "Caterpillar" and the British educational institution "Cambridge" in the capital Baghdad were subjected to separate attacks. The source indicated that the Caterpillar branch located in the Jadriya area in central Baghdad was targeted with a sound bomb. Additionally, the Cambridge Institute was targeted with a homemade explosive device in the Palestine Street area in eastern Baghdad. According to the source, the attacks did not result in any significant injuries but caused material damage to the buildings of both the company and the institute. These attacks come after unknown assailants targeted two branches of the American "KFC" restaurant chain last Sunday evening, one located on Palestine Street and the other in the Karada-62 area of Baghdad.
