Banks Continue Precautionary Measures... Until Further Notice

In light of the government's ongoing neglect to take the necessary strict measures, a banking source tells "Al-Markaziya" that banks "will continue tomorrow and until further notice, with the same regulatory and security procedures that began in recent days," which means they will only provide ATM services for individuals and customer services for companies at present. Each bank will handle its specific organizational procedures within this framework.

The source clarifies that "bank employees ensure all services needed by clients through ATMs and customer service, and even deliver the required documents to their homes if necessary... amid stringent measures to prevent any contact between bank employees and any depositor seeking to create a security problem similar to previous incidents."

The source emphasizes that "banks will persist with these strict self-imposed measures indefinitely, until the state feels its responsibility in this matter, to avoid taking lives and wasting blood... rather than merely conducting patrols that are ineffective."

It also warns that "any attack on any branch of the banks in the areas will force the bank management to permanently close it and completely cease its services."
