Iran’s mission to the United Nations stated yesterday, Friday, that if Israel initiates a "comprehensive military aggression" against Lebanon, "an annihilation war will break out." The Iranian mission added that in such a case, "all options, including the full participation of the resistance axis, will be on the table." Tensions between the two parties have escalated in recent days with increasing fears of a widespread war that could ignite a regional conflict.
