Today, Saturday, the eighth championship for mixed martial arts among juniors concluded at the Shabab Al Ahli Club in Dubai, amid a large audience and impressive performances from a group of young talents from various clubs and academies across the country for age categories between 12 and 17 years old. The championship is the third event in the mixed martial arts sport within the agenda of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Federation's sports season and featured the participation of over 100 male and female athletes competing in several age and weight categories recognized by the international federation for the sport.
Mohammed Hamid Ben Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, a member of the board of directors of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Federation, praised the enthusiastic atmosphere and the professionalism of the organization, noting that it met the highest global standards. He appreciated the large audience attendance, which reflects the widespread popularity of mixed martial arts across the country. Al Dhaheri also thanked the Shabab Al Ahli Dubai Club for hosting the championship for the second consecutive time and for providing the best competitive environment for the participating athletes.
