The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) expressed today, Saturday, its "concern regarding the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip and the alarming number of casualties there." In a meeting of the association's foreign ministers, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated, "The United States is working diligently every day" to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza and to find a pathway to lasting peace and security.
