Zelensky: We Don't Have Time and We Need to Create a "Peace Plan"

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine does not wish to prolong the conflict, as there are many wounded and killed on the battlefield. Zelensky made this statement upon his arrival at the EU summit, stating: "We need to put a settlement plan on the table within a few months. We don't have much time because we have many wounded and killed on the battlefield. Therefore, we want to prepare this peace plan for the second summit." He added that Ukraine has not had any communications with Russia since the Switzerland conference, where several countries emphasized the need to discuss the settlement with Moscow. However, he pointed out that "there has been no dialogue with Russia during this period, and if this is happening secretly, it has nothing to do with us."
