Biden promised to win the U.S. presidential election "again in 2020," addressing supporters. "I'll beat Donald Trump! I will beat him again in 2020!" the president declared, insisting "I'm staying in the race."
Biden, who was using a teleprompter, was enthusiastic during the 17-minute speech, which was scheduled to take place during peak hours, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
