China Successfully Launches Experimental Spacecraft for the Third Time

China has successfully launched a multi-use experimental space vehicle, as reported by the Chinese news agency Xinhua on Thursday. According to the agency, the "CZ-2F rocket launched from the Jiuquan Space Launch Center in the north of the country, successfully delivering the spacecraft to orbit." It is noted that "the spacecraft will remain in Earth's orbit for some time, during which it will carry out various multi-use space mission tests and other scientific experiments for peaceful space purposes." This marks the third launch of the spacecraft, which was first launched on September 4, 2020, returning to Earth after one day. The second flight took place from August 4, 2022, to May 8, 2023. It is mentioned that "the CZ-2F rocket is 52 meters long and 3.8 meters in diameter, capable of delivering 8.6 tons of payload to orbit."
