The Kremlin stated that "Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold direct talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Moscow today, Monday." Modi is set to arrive in the Russian capital later today for a two-day state visit. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said at a press briefing that "Putin and Modi will meet informally in the evening, allowing them the opportunity to speak face-to-face without an agenda."
