Kuwait and Canada Urge Their Citizens to Leave Lebanon

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reiterated its call for all its citizens not to travel to the Lebanese Republic at this time, due to the ongoing security developments in the region. The ministry urged all Kuwaiti citizens currently in Lebanon, unless there is an urgent need, to leave as soon as possible. Those unable to leave are encouraged to contact the Kuwaiti embassy in Lebanon immediately via the embassy's emergency phone: 0096171171441.

Additionally, Canada has initiated military procedures to evacuate 45,000 of its diplomats and citizens present in Lebanon, amid fears of a potential war between Israel and the "Hezbollah" militia in Lebanon. The Canadian Foreign Ministry announced in a statement that the security situation has deteriorated further without warning, and if armed conflict intensifies, commercial means of leaving the country may be affected.
