Two Suicide Cases in Baghdad Within Hours

A sixth-grade preparatory student committed suicide by hanging himself with a piece of fabric tied to the ceiling fan inside his home in the Al-Shab area due to the worsening of his mental state after not being able to take the baccalaureate exams. In a separate incident, a girl (born in 2004) also committed suicide by hanging herself with a rope attached to the ceiling of her home in the Al-Safir neighborhood in the Al-Abidi area. According to her family, she was suffering from a mental condition.
