Israeli media reported today, Wednesday, that "out of fear of a security incident at Paris airport, Israeli President Isaac Herzog and his entourage were prevented from disembarking from the plane." The Israeli president had traveled to Paris to attend the opening ceremony of the Olympics next Friday evening. Israeli Channel 12 stated: "The reason for the delay of Herzog's entourage was the presence of an airport worker without a vest near the plane, raising suspicions that this was a security incident."
