Complete calm prevails in the Ain al-Hilweh camp, except for individual skirmishes in the evening, which were determined to be due to a personal dispute in the Manshiyah area within the camp. Some residents began returning to their homes to assess the severe damage inflicted on their properties.
**Terms of Agreement**
To follow up on the implementation of the agreement that halted the fighting within the camp, members of the Palestinian Joint Action Authority, Ayman Shana'a and Ibrahim Abu al-Samak, held a meeting with the commander of the joint security force and its officers. The force was reinforced with members and officers from the "Palestine Liberation Organization," "Palestinian Forces Alliance," "Islamic Forces," and "Ansar Allah," in preparation for the implementation of the resolutions of the Joint Palestinian Action Authority centrally.
It is noteworthy that a disagreement occurred between one of the military leaders of "Fatah," Muhammad Fathi, and elements of the Lebanese army's checkpoint. Forty fighters from the Palestinian National Security forces attempted to cross the checkpoint towards Ain al-Hilweh while wearing military uniforms. However, the army refused their passage, leading them to wait for hours in front of the checkpoint entrance. The fighters came from the al-Burj al-Shamali camp in the Tyre area. They were called to replace fighters who left for rest or refused to return to their positions after the last clash between "Fatah" and "Islamists," resulting in vacancies in the guards at the sites and observation points, prompting the "Fatah" leadership to request reinforcements from other camps. Fathi, who holds the position of Deputy Commander of the Jabal al-Halib Axis in "National Security," insisted on allowing the forty fighters to enter. After some communications, they were permitted entry.
**Hamas Movement**
The media office of the Islamic Resistance Movement - "Hamas" issued a statement thanking the media, "in appreciation of your efforts and free messaging in covering the events of Ain al-Hilweh camp and following them." The statement added, "Thanks to God, and after relentless efforts by the movement along with all loyal individuals to stabilize the ceasefire, it is our responsibility to continue fieldwork to address all outstanding issues, with the aim of preserving Ain al-Hilweh camp as the capital of the Palestinian diaspora."
The media office confirmed, "Our readiness to work and coordinate in service of our cause and our Palestinian people" and mentioned, "We would like to inform you that we are arranging a series of media interviews with the movement's leadership overseeing the establishment of the ceasefire, and we are providing you with the contact numbers for the brothers involved in arranging interviews and media meetings with the leadership of the movement."
