Under the patronage of Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the inaugural edition of Abu Dhabi Global Health Week will kick off next Monday under the theme “Accelerating the Future of Global Healthcare.” The event, hosted by the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). This event brings together global personalities and institutions, featuring 5,000 participants, 200 speakers, and 100 exhibitors.
The first day of Abu Dhabi Global Health Week will see the Healthcare Leaders Forum, which will include around 200 prominent figures, including ministers, government officials, executives, global investors, innovators, heads of multilateral organizations, and experts in the fields of science, health, and medicine. The forum aims to emphasize the urgent need for collective efforts and decisive measures to address changes and tackle current challenges in the global health sector.
The Future of Health Summit will take place over the three days of the event, featuring a wide range of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and live discussions covering key topics in the healthcare sector. The focus will be on creating a tangible impact on individuals, communities, and the world as a whole. Topics to be discussed include artificial intelligence, microbiomes, regenerative medicine, extending human lifespan, genomics, and preventive and precision medicine.
