Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky considered U.S. President Joe Biden's reference to him as President Putin to be a slip that can be overlooked, given all the support the United States has provided to Ukraine. Biden mistakenly called Zelensky by the name of his opponent, Russian President Vladimir Putin, at a NATO summit in Washington on Thursday, before correcting his mistake two seconds later. Zelensky told reporters at Shannon Airport in Ireland, where he was meeting with Irish Prime Minister Simon Harris, "It's a slip; I believe the United States has provided a lot of support to Ukrainians, we can forget some mistakes, I think so."
