The governor of the Russian Belgorod region stated in a statement today, Monday, that "a civilian was killed in Ukrainian shelling of an agricultural facility." Moscow claims that Belgorod, which borders Ukraine's Kharkiv region, has been continuously attacked by Ukrainian forces since President Vladimir Putin ordered the deployment of tens of thousands of troops to Ukraine in February 2022.
