The Arab artist Mohammed Abdu performed a new song titled "Qissat Al-Awja" during a grand musical theater event held to commemorate Saudi Founding Day. The song was written by Prince Badr bin Abdul Mohsen, composed by musician Talal, and arranged by Islam Marghani, with general supervision by Khalid Abu Munther.
The song expresses the cultural heritage of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, drawing inspiration from the past and its historical nuances, as well as the aspirations of the present for progress and advancement. Mohammed Abdu expressed his happiness in participating in the Founding Day celebration, stating: "As artists, we cherish the joy of our homeland and sing for it, this is how I feel as an artist celebrating Founding Day." He added that the song "Qissat Al-Awja" carries many renewed Eastern musical ideas and he felt very happy performing during the National Day celebrations, praying for God to continue bestowing security and safety upon them.
