What are the Benefits of Cocoa Butter?

Cocoa butter, a component of chocolate, is one of the natural antioxidants that the human body needs to maintain health. Professor Larisa Resiva from the Russian Biotechnology University notes that the role of antioxidants is to combat oxidation processes to enhance the human immune system, which is fully present in this product. She states, "The unique property of cocoa butter lies in the ferulic acids found in the product - alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. Such a composition is not found in any biologically active supplements, as they all contain only the alpha antioxidants obtained through chemical processes." She emphasizes that cocoa butter is a natural plant fat, meaning its unique properties were created by nature itself. In addition to antioxidants, it contains oleic and palmitic fatty acids, which form unique triglycerides. These components provide energy to humans.
