In the latest developments regarding the "TikTokers" case, judicial sources reported the arrest of lawyer Khaled M. for questioning. Today, the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, Nicolas Mansour, held the first session concerning the "TikTokers" case, during which detained individuals presented procedural defenses through their attorneys. The judge issued immediate arrest warrants against them and in absentia for those who are missing. A letter was sent to the Public Prosecution to issue a red notice to Interpol for those who are on the run, as the crimes are organized, involve multiple countries, and are punishable under human rights law, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and human trafficking regulations.
