However, the hospital administration shocked the family by delivering the body, stating that he had passed away.
The stunned family returned home to begin the mourning and burial on Thursday, receiving condolences as news of his death spread on social media and among relatives. The family even set up a condolence tent to welcome mourners. However, they later decided to postpone the burial until the arrival of the man's relatives, only to be surprised by movement from the body.
He was immediately transported to Hassan II Hospital in Settat and placed in intensive care, where he remains alive and on life support, according to local media reports. It is worth noting that this incident is not the first of its kind in the city, as it has occurred three times before. The same situation happened with a woman who was placed inside a coffin, but her screams for help were heard.
