Meteorologist Father Eli Khneiser announced that "Lebanon will be affected by a low-pressure system starting this evening until before noon on next Saturday." Khneiser indicated that rain will fall "very heavily" beginning this evening in coastal areas, particularly in the central region from Jbeil to Damour, as well as in Metn, Keserwan, Aley, and Chouf, followed by southern, northern, and Bekaa regions. Regarding the weather on "Palm Sunday," Khneiser mentioned that "the low will recede on Saturday, while the country will experience a state of instability on Sunday afternoon, with light rain expected." He announced that "a new weather system will reach Lebanon next Monday, with heavy rainfall expected between Monday and Tuesday."
