A mother and her son sustained various injuries due to parts of their home's ceiling collapsing on them as a result of a powerful sonic boom created by Israeli warplanes last night. The details indicate that shortly before midnight, hostile warplanes broke the sound barrier twice over the Nabatieh area at low altitude, causing a loud noise that led to the collapse of part of the ceiling of the Bedi family's house in the Al-Qala neighborhood of the southern town of Harouf. Large concrete pieces fell from the ceiling, injuring the mother, Zainab Shahrour (52 years old), and her son, Fadl Bedi. They were immediately transported to Sheikh Raghib Harb Hospital, where the necessary medical care was provided.
