Former Telegraph Correspondent in Beirut Denounces "Report"

Abbie Cheeseman, the former correspondent for The Telegraph in Beirut, mentioned in a post on her X platform account that the report published today about Beirut Airport is not attributed to any journalist or correspondent. She stated, "I hope this is self-evident, but I need to clarify publicly that I am, of course, not behind that unnamed article in The Telegraph about Beirut Airport." She added, "To add to this: I stopped working for The Telegraph last month and had absolutely no prior knowledge of this wildly irresponsible story until it appeared today."
