Egyptian astronomer Wafaa Hamed has warned against "reading coffee cups and fortune-telling," pointing out the difference between astrology, astronomy, and spirituality. During her appearance with journalist Ahmed Diab on the show "Sabah El-Balad" aired on Sada El-Balad channel, she stated: "Astronomy is what is studied in public," referring to a recent video by Sheikh El-Shahrawy about constellations and what is mentioned in Surah Al-Burooj.
The astronomy expert added: "I anticipate a heavy conjunction of Mars with Uranus on July 15, leading to earthquakes, plane accidents, or delays in travel." She concluded: "There will be disruptions and many fatalities starting with the death of Egyptian player Ahmed Refaat, causing anxiety in the streets," emphasizing the need to avoid making hasty decisions.
