Emirates Airline is preparing to make its debut as the official airline partner of the prestigious Wimbledon tennis championship, which will take place from July 1 to 14 at the All England Tennis Club in London. The airline will host several activities throughout the event. In a press release today, the airline revealed a special livery for its Airbus A380 featuring the Wimbledon logo, which will be displayed on the aircraft during its flights to London Heathrow, Manchester, Washington D.C., Paris, New York JFK, Casablanca, Zurich, Brisbane, Barcelona, and Perth for the duration of the championship. Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, stated: "Wimbledon is one of the major sporting events on the global sports agenda. We look forward to showcasing some of the iconic Wimbledon experiences to our customers on board, as well as delivering the renowned Emirates brand experience during the championship at the All England Tennis Club."
