Lebanon: Body of a Child Found in a Nylon Bag

This morning, Wednesday, a dead newborn child was found inside a nylon bag in the Shaab al-Asra area of Arsal, discarded in a location away from residents. Security forces arrived at the scene and opened an investigation into the incident. The infant's body has been transported to a local hospital for examination by a forensic doctor.
