The Pakistani government will file a legal request to ban the political party of imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan, according to the Pakistani Information Minister on Monday. Attaullah Tarar told reporters in Islamabad, "The federal government has decided to file a lawsuit with the aim of banning the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party," adding that the case will be presented to the Supreme Court.
