New Evacuation Orders for Residents of Northern Gaza Strip

Israeli forces issued new evacuation orders today, Wednesday, for Palestinians in the towns of Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza Strip, which have witnessed widespread destruction. The Israeli army stated in a message sent via text messages or through social media to Palestinian residents, "Hamas and terrorist organizations are launching rockets from your area towards the State of Israel. The Israel Defense Forces will act forcefully and immediately against them." It added, "For your safety, evacuate immediately to the known shelters in downtown Gaza."
