The Anti-Drug Office in the North conducted a drug test on the father of the deceased child, identified as Sh. Kenjo, following the directive of the public prosecutor for the northern region, Judge Ghassan Basil. The result came back negative, indicating no traces of drugs in his body. According to additional reports, a fourth forensic doctor was appointed by the public prosecutor in the North, and after his examination, he confirmed that there were no signs of sexual assault. Furthermore, the doctor N. Ayoubi retracted his previous decision regarding the issue of sexual assault. It was also noted that, upon reviewing the case, Judge Basil instructed to finalize the report in its current state and to submit it with the detained individuals, the child's father and uncle, to the Tripoli Judiciary Unit.
