The Minister of Justice in the caretaker government, Judge Henry Khoury, remembered all the martyrs of August 4, hoping that "the file will be freed from all obstacles that stand in the way of completing the investigation, no matter what they are, and issuing the indictment, for the sake of the martyrs and their families."
