Putin Holds Security Meeting on the Situation in Kursk

The Kremlin announced today, Wednesday, that Russian President Vladimir Putin is holding a meeting with the Russian Defense Minister, Secretary of the Security Council, Head of the Federal Security Service, and Chief of Staff regarding the situation in Kursk Oblast. During a prior meeting with the Cabinet, Putin stated that he would listen to a report from law enforcement agencies about the current situation in Kursk Oblast. The meeting includes Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu, Federal Security Service Head Alexander Bortnikov, and Chief of Staff Valery Gerasimov.
