Baalbek-Hermel Governor Bashir Khodr revealed a shocking number regarding the Syrian population in Arsal, stating that their number reaches 94,000 while the local population of Arsal is only 40,000. Khodr told MTV: "I have submitted a report to the public prosecutor for environmental matters in Baalbek regarding the sanitation file in Arsal, and the best wastewater treatment plant will be established in the town."
