Emirati businessman Khalaf Al Habtoor wrote on his "X" account: "The future of Lebanon may seem bleak and miserable to the untrained eye, but I see a glimmer of hope in the events and changes occurring in the region. It won't be long before this hope lights up the sky of Lebanon and serves as good news for all Lebanese people, whether through the return of security and political stability or through the implementation of international resolutions. I have told my Lebanese brothers before and I repeat it to them and to everyone who loves this brotherly country: 'Good news is coming.'"
