We do not have the capacity to play our role and that of others every time." He added in a second tweet: "Here is a video that summarizes the scene, directly from the Dhbayeh highway leading to the Aoukar square. I just want someone to tell me what the solution is with the waste collection company and the municipalities in the area. We reiterate, if garbage bags enter the rainwater drainage systems, it will lead to a problem." Hamiye accompanied his tweet with a video from the Dhbayeh highway.
