Video: Saudi Transforms Mountains into Fish Farming

Saudi Mohammed Al-Suwaid, the owner of a fish farming project, revealed details about the "aquaculture" initiative he implemented amidst the mountains and towering peaks in Najran, southwestern Saudi Arabia. In an interview with the Saudi "Al-Ikhbariya" channel, he stated, "This project produces approximately 40 tons of fish annually." He noted that there are currently "tilapia" fish, and the project will expand to produce other fish varieties such as "Mubarak," as well as fish suitable for freshwater aquaculture. He pointed out that "water used for aquaculture has been employed to cultivate the mountains, turning them into green areas."
