U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Tel Aviv today, Sunday, for a visit aimed at intensifying diplomatic pressure for a ceasefire agreement in Gaza next week to end the bloodshed that has continued for months between Israel and the Hamas movement. Following his visit to Israel, Blinken is scheduled to travel to Egypt as part of a tour in the Middle East.
