In the second quarter, the Lebanese team expanded the lead to 17 points by the end of the first half, with a score of 47-30. Hekma continued their dominance in the third quarter, which ended with a one-point difference, at 24-23. Al-Ittihad players tried to make a comeback in the fourth quarter, managing to score 19 points against Hekma's 10 points, resulting in Hekma winning their second consecutive match.
