This was stated in a news release published on the Kremlin's website this Wednesday morning, where Putin said: "This holiday, which coincides with the end of the pilgrimage to the House of God, carries a deep moral and spiritual significance. It has long been characterized by good deeds and caring for neighbors, affirming the values of goodness, mercy, and justice in society. The Muslim community in Russia plays a significant and creative role in our country, contributing greatly to the promotion of peace among ethnicities and religions, and preserving family values and raising the younger generation. Today, Muslim fighters are demonstrating bravery, courage, and selflessness within the framework of the special military operation in Ukraine, following historical, spiritual, and national traditions, alongside their comrades, in defense of Russia."
