Last Thursday, Israeli media reported a severe incident in the al-Shaboura neighborhood of Rafah city in southern Gaza Strip, while the "Qassam Brigades" confirmed an ambush against the Israeli army. The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced the establishment of a complex ambush targeting Israeli soldiers and military vehicles in the al-Shaboura camp in Rafah. The Qassam noted that the Israeli soldiers fled their vehicles into the alleyways of the camp, where Qassam fighters pursued them and engaged them at close range.
