The Israeli intelligence agency (Mossad) revealed in a statement that "Israel is studying Hamas' response to a proposal that includes an agreement for the release of hostages and a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip."
A statement issued by the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on behalf of Mossad noted: "The mediators in the hostage agreement presented Hamas' response to the outlines of the hostage deal to the negotiating team. Israel is reviewing the response and will reply to the mediators."
Israeli Channel 12 reported that "Netanyahu will discuss Hamas' response to the outlines of the proposed ceasefire."
