Mawlawi Meets with a Delegation from Southern Border Towns

The Minister of Interior and Municipalities in the caretaker government, Bassam Mawlawi, welcomed a delegation from several southern border towns: Rmeish, Alma Ashab, Doubl, Rashaya Al-Fakhar, Qlayaa, and Marjeyoun. The delegation informed Mawlawi about the suffering of the residents in the border villages and the existing situation at all levels. Mawlawi also met with the Minister of State for Administrative Development Affairs in the caretaker government, Najla Riachi, to discuss matters concerning both ministries. He subsequently received the MPs: Asaad Dergham, Adeb Abdel Masih, and Ahmad Al-Khair along with a delegation from the municipalities and dignitaries of Miniyeh, where they discussed their services and development issues. He also met with MP Fadi Karam to discuss matters related to the Koura region.
