Hamas: We Reject Any Proposals for the Entry of Foreign Forces into Gaza

The Hamas movement announced today, Friday, its refusal to allow any foreign forces into the Gaza Strip under any guise. The movement stated in a statement: "We emphasize our rejection of any plans, projects, or proposals that aim to bypass the Palestinian will regarding the future of the Gaza Strip, and we reject any statements or positions that support plans for the entry of foreign forces into the region under any name or justification."

It added that "the administration of the Gaza Strip following the defeat of this fascist aggression is purely a Palestinian affair, agreed upon by our Palestinian people in all their factions, and it will not allow any guardianship or the imposition of any external solutions or equations that undermine its constants based on its sole right to attain freedom and self-determination."

The statement continued: "We call on all Arab and Islamic countries to exert pressure to stop the Zionist genocide against our Palestinian people, and to provide all means of support and assistance in the struggle through which they defend their existence on their land, and to fulfill their commitments towards our people, land, and the Islamic and Christian sanctities that are being ravaged by the criminal fascist settlement gangs."
