The Abu Dhabi boat (1), driven by Shaun Torrente, came in second with a time of 45.834 seconds. Finnish driver Kalle Viip came in third with a time of 46.834 seconds, while the Sharjah boat (12), driven by Ferdinand Zindbergen, placed fourth with a time of 46.703 seconds. The time trials consisted of three stages, with 21 boats participating, where 12 qualified for the second stage, and 6 advanced to the final stage to compete for the fastest time.
