Jumblatt: We Will Not Lose Hope in Continuing Efforts to Stop the War

Former president of the "Progressive Socialist Party," former MP Walid Jumblatt, confirmed after his meeting with Speaker of the House Nabih Berri in Ain al-Tineh, where they reviewed the general situation and political developments related to the presidential file, as well as the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon and Gaza. He stated, "No matter how big the problems are and how dark the clouds may appear at times, we will not lose hope in continuing any endeavor and effort to stop the war in the south and to reach the presidential entitlement." He pointed out that "these are the efforts being made by Berri, and on my part, I am doing some of them in my own way," clarifying that "this is the direction, and there is nothing else at this moment."
