Dr. Mahmoud El-Alaili, the son of the late artist Ezzat El-Alaili, passed away in the early hours of Sunday morning due to cancer. The late artist's son experienced a severe health crisis in recent days, with his wife announcing the news of his death on her personal Facebook account. A close source revealed to "Al-Arabiya.net" that Mahmoud El-Alaili suffered a sudden health crisis two weeks ago, falling into a complete coma. When he was transferred to the hospital, doctors discovered that he was afflicted with lung cancer, which had fully spread throughout his body. The source added that the artist's son spent nearly ten days in the intensive care unit before taking his last breaths early this morning. Mahmoud El-Alaili's name trended in search engines in Egypt following the announcement of his death, especially since he was close to the artistic community and had wide friendships with cinema and television drama stars, despite distancing himself from the art field. He maintained communication with many artists and singers due to his late father's stature among them. It is noted that Mahmoud El-Alaili was a dentist who ventured into politics several years ago, holding some positions in the Free Egyptians Party. He also participated in national dialogue sessions and continued his political activities in many conferences and political forums within Egypt.
