Protests in Lebanon Against the Assassination of Ismail Haniyeh

A massive march filled the streets of the Al-Badawi camp in protest and condemnation of the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas's political bureau, early Wednesday morning in Tehran, Iran. The "Joint Palestinian National Action Committee" also organized a large rally in the Jalil camp in Baalbek. The march commenced after noon prayers from the Bilal Bin Rabah Mosque in the camp, led by flag bearers, representatives of Palestinian factions, Lebanese parties and forces, as well as religious, political, and social figures. A comprehensive strike took place in many cities of the West Bank following Haniyeh's assassination.
