The Palestinian Authority for Prisoners and Released Prisoners reported, following a visit by one of its lawyers to the prisoners, that "prisoners in Israeli Ofer Prison receive water for only 45 minutes every 24 hours." It was also noted that "electricity is cut off at 10 PM until noon the following day," explaining that "the number of prisoners in Ofer Prison is no less than 1,500, including prisoners from Gaza."
