Evacuation of a Building in the Southern Suburb: Details

Civil Defense members, with the assistance of the Southern Suburb Fire Brigade, extinguished a fire that broke out inside a tobacco shop located on the ground floor of a residential building in the Sfeir area of the southern suburbs of Beirut. Simultaneously, they worked to evacuate the building's residents due to the thick smoke emanating from the fire. First aid was provided on-site to three individuals who suffered from shortness of breath due to inhaling the dense smoke from the fire.
